Sandy Ragona, MS.Ed.

Sandy Ragona, MSEd, is an elementary school counselor at J.F. Kennedy School in Dubuque, Iowa with 25 years experience in school counseling. Sandy has been an adjunct professor for Loras College, Drake University, and Morningside College all in Iowa. She has developed programs in conflict mediation, harassment, and character development. She has led numerous workshops and training sessions locally and nationally.
