Test Buster Pep Rally

By: Robert P. Bowman, Ph.D.

Improve elementary school student performance on standardized achievement tests with this half-hour assembly program. This kit contains more than 100 activities, games and skills that help improve attitudes toward tests, teach useful test-taking strategies, and desensitize students who might be overly test anxious. A cassette tape of the Test Buster cheers, chants, and songs, is included. This motivational program teaches children to prepare for each day of testing, reduce anxiety, focus attention, and use powerful test-taking strategies.

What's In the Kit?
This manual contains enough skits, cheers, songs, and pep talks to use in Test Buster Pep Rallies for years to come. It also contains more than 100 test preparation worksheets, practice tests, games, exercises, and jokes that can be used in classrooms anytime during the school year.

A cassette tape is also included with recordings of the Test Buster cheers, chants, and songs. It also provides several entertaining sound effects that can be played in the background during some of the skits.
